Because Herra Brown froze the assets, and thus stopped the Icelandic financial Gangsters (Bank Managers and Utrasavikingar) from taking out the money and transfering it to the caymen, yubbidoo islands, Luxemburg or similar, it now means that there are sufficient assets left to pay the owners of the savings up to 90%. It also means that the Icelandic Government will not now have to pay out the million trillions that it might have had to pay out if the British Government had not frozen the assets, and thus stopping the flow of money out of the Bank... What did the Icelandic Government do through all this ?? They sat and picked their noses and did nothing. Thank you Gordon for saving the Icelandic tax payers millions and millions. Unfortunately, it was all too late for other Banks (including Icelandic Banks)...........The gangsters had already stolen and continued to steal the assets............. Shame on the Icelandic Government for sitting on their arses, knowing what was going on and doing nothing....No one in Britain holds the Icelandic population responsible......In the UK, they know who is responsible...and it is not the Icelandic public................The Bank Manager, The Financial Gangsters, and most of all..........The Icelandic Government that was in power at the time.......
